All products are made to order and will require 6-8 weeks to deliver. All products are shipped via U.S. Mail with confirmation of delivery and the cost of shipping will be added to the invoice. So Sew Me! LLC is not responsible for loss or damage of products in transit.
Return and Exchange Policy All returns and exchanges must be in original condition with all original tags and labels attached. We accept returns or exchanges 30 days from the original purchase, except for non-returnable items. Non-returnable items include event items, sale items, customizing, digitizing, worn or used items, and washed items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be in the same form as original purchase.

So Sew Me! LLC is committed to the legal use of proprietary materials of others. By signing this order form, you represent and warrant that you have the right to use the names, logos, photographs, pictures, and/or artwork on your customized items. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless So Sew Me! LLC from any claims for its use of the above names, logos, photographs, pictures, and/or artwork.
Disclaimer of Warranty
So Sew Me! LLC hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to any product purchased, including all implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.
Release of Liability
In no event shall So Sew Me! LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages or any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the any product or service offered for sale, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if So Sew Me! LLC has been advised of the possibility of damages. In addition to and without limiting the foregoing, you acknowledge that printing on fabric or enhancing the same with embroidery may damage the fabric and you agree to release So Sew Me! LLC from any liability or claims for damages resulting from the same.
Limitation on Damages
So Sew Me! LLC will not be liable for any loss of profit, interruption of business or any other special, consequential or incidental damages suffered or sustained by you or your business. Any and all damages incurred by you (or allegedly incurred by you) shall, in any and all cases, be limited to the refund of the purchase price of the item purchased by you (provided that all of the terms and conditions herein are satisfied).
Acknowledgement and Agreement to Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of So Sew Me! LLC contained herein are the exclusive terms and conditions for the sale of products by So Sew Me! LLC. As used herein, “we” refers to So Sew Me! LLC , and “you” or “your” refers to you, the customer. You agree that the terms and conditions stated herein constitute the final, complete, exclusive expression of the agreement between So Sew Me! LLC and you. You, by signing this order form, hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein and acknowledge that you have read and understand the same. In the event that any instructions, requests, purchase orders or any other information and/or documentation submitted by you may contain terms and conditions in addition to or different from the terms and conditions herein, you agree, by so submitting this order or by accepting products from So Sew Me! LLC, that the language of the So Sew Me! LLC terms and conditions shall solely and exclusively control. Any and all new or additional terms contained on any instructions, requests, purchase orders or any other information and/or documentation submitted by you is hereby expressly and completely rejected. Acceptance of your order for products from So Sew Me! LLC is expressly limited to these terms and conditions. By submitting an order, requesting to purchase any product, or taking receipt of So Sew Me! LLC products, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Ohio.
